Front Office

Heidi Schoepflin, Office Manager: Heidi has worked for Dr. Gallagher for over 14 years.  She manages all aspects of our office including personnel issues, finanacial, scheduling, and marketing.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free call her.  Heidi was born and raised in Arvada and loves to spend time with her husband and two boys.  Heidi is a true "hockey mom" who spends much of her time with her boys at the ice rink. 

Sandra Petee, Treatment Coordinator:  Sandra has worked for Dr. Gallagher for over 7 years.  She coordinates the start of treatment for all of our new patients.  Sandra is always here to answer questions you may have ranging from financial to treatment options.  Sandra and her husband moved here from Florida 7 years ago and can't imagine living anywhere else but Colorado.  Sandra also has a grown daughter who moved to Colorado as well to be close to her parents.

Back Office

Patty Gallivan, Lead Assistant:  Patty has worked for Dr. Gallagher for over 30 years!  She has a huge amount of knowledge and experience in orthodontics.  Patty is a triathlete.   She is married and they have three grandchildren. She is truly amazing!!

Linda Seiler, Assistant:  Linda has been with our office for over 7 years (this time around).  She worked for Dr. Gallagher years ago until she stayed home to raise her three kids.  Linda is a native of Colorado.  It always seems like Linda somehow has a connection to each person she meets.   She is a mom of 3 teenagers that keep her very busy!

Sheila Aragon,  Assistant:  Sheila has been with our office for several months.  She has many years of experience in orthodontics before she started working for Dr. Gallagher.  Sheila enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys.  You can always find Sheila cheering for her boys on the sidelines at their football games!
